JOB SUMMARY

 

The Virtual Collector I is an entry-level position responsible for locating consumers and notifying them of delinquent accounts. This crucial role involves making high-volume outbound calls and is vital for recovering client losses and contributing to economic stability. Our seamless onboarding and training process aims to quickly advance collectors into negotiation and management roles.

Education & Experience: This is an entry-level position; prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or debt collection is preferred but not required.
